Return & Refund Policy – GR Chopra and Company

At GR Chopra and Company, we are committed to delivering premium quality outdoor umbrellas, gazebos, furniture, and swings. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Period

Customers may return a product within 10 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is in original condition without any damage caused by the customer.

  • It is returned in proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.


2. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged due to our handling.

  • The damage is reported within 10 days of delivery.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all components and accessories.


3. Replacement Policy

Replacements are available in the following cases:

  • The customer wishes to change the article or color, subject to product availability.

  • The replacement request is made within the 10-day period.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply based on the reason for exchange.


4. Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued only if:

  • The product was received damaged due to a mistake on our end.

  • Proof of damage is submitted (such as clear photographs) within the return window.

  • The product is returned in the same condition it was received.

Note: No refunds will be processed for items damaged due to customer misuse or improper return handling. Refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days.
